The property is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the staff has always been friendly, professional, and helpful. Maintenance responds quickly when something needs attention, and I really appreciate how they keep the community looking nice. The location is convenient, and I feel comfortable living here. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a nice place to call home. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

submitted by Jeanne R. - Jul 29, 2026|Recommended: YesIssues — Parking has always been an issue. It is always packed. I think we should be able to purchase a parking spot if we choose to do that. And assign guests using an app with their license plate . Gates don't work and are open, which can be a safety concern. Lighting in the parking areas is not bright enough.

If you have personally experienced any criminal activity, theft, vandalism, or other security-related incident while residing in our community, please notify the Management Office so we can document the incident appropriately. We also encourage residents to report criminal activity directly to local law enforcement. Parking spaces at our community are currently available on a first-come, first-served basis. We understand that parking availability can be limited, particularly during peak evening hours, and we appreciate your suggestion regarding assigned or reserved parking and a license-plate-based guest parking system. We also appreciate your comments regarding the entrance gates and parking-area lighting. Concerns regarding gates, lighting, or other community maintenance issues should be reported directly to the Management Office for documentation and review. Pet Policy

We're a pet-friendly community. You can have up to two pets in your apartment. There's a required pet deposit, a one-time non-refundable pet fee, and a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. All fees and deposits are due before move-in, and our team can give you the exact amounts. All pets need to meet our property requirements and be approved by management. We do have breed restrictions, which include (but aren't limited to) Chows, Rottweilers, Pit Bulls/American Staffordshire Terriers, Cane Corsos, Mastiffs, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Akitas, Irish Wolfhounds, American Bulldogs, Great Danes, and American Bullies, as well as any mix that includes a restricted breed. Because of that, we'll need you to disclose your pet's breed before you start the application. These requirements don't apply to qualified assistance animals. Breed Restrictions apply to the following breeds but not limited to Chows, Rottweilers, Pit Bulls (American Staffordshire Terriers), Cane Corso, Mastiffs (all breeds), Dobermans, German Shepherds, Akitas, Irish Wolf Hounds, American Bulldogs, Great Danes, American Bully, or any breed, hybrid breed, or other animal which includes a mix of any breed prohibited by this policy. You'll need to disclose the breed of your animal(s) before you begin the application process. Breed, size, weight, number requirements, fee, and deposit requirements do not apply to qualified assistance animals.
